Our Story

After many years of working in various restaurants bars all over Bacolod, Denise Gaston, tired of the long hours, started her own business.  She is now the proud owner of the 1925 Cafe, which is located on Pitong Ledesma Street in Silay City.  It is minutes from the airport and a short walk from the heart of Silay. 1925 Cafe has made a name for itself as a wholesome restaurant with a friendly atmosphere.
